Who is behind Titan Brand?


With more than 25 years’ experience in branding and marketing, Ian has worked for leading global brands and communication agencies in London, New York and the Asia Pacific.

Following a stint in corporate finance at JP Morgan in New York, Ian returned to his hometown of London to join Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising. Since then, he has worked in a variety of management and operating roles for Euro RSCG, M&C Saatchi, and Ogilvy & Mather. For the last 10 years, he was Executive Vice President of TBWA\Asia Pacific and President of TBWA\Greater China.

During Ian’s tenure at TBWA\, he founded The Disruption Consultancy, a branding agency dedicated to developing cutting-edge brands and identities for both multinational and local companies. Some of the brands Ian worked with are featured below.

Ian was Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Advertising Association, a founding member of the Pan Asian chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization, a member of YPO Western Australia, a Mentor on the Amcom Upstart program, a member of the Global Advisory Board of in/PACT Marketing, and is an Advisor to the Western Australian Museum Foundation.


A recognised industry leader in providing high-level marketing strategies and delivering world-class brand and media solutions, Martin is committed to working to the highest ethical practices in his industry.

In 2003, Martin founded Perth-based Elixir Marketing Group, successfully engineering it to become one of Australia’s leading marketing consultancies. In 2010, he sold the business, and established the 8 Strategic Group of Companies with offices in Australia and Singapore.

In 2015, Martin joined Titan Digital to work with Ian Thubron to establish Titan Brand.

Martin is a true marketing strategist with the ability to engineer powerful brands whether they are start-up companies or businesses in transition. His knowledge of marketing, combined with his theatrical flair, provides the perfect balance for enterprise solutions that are both creative and practical.
